About the Space Drama

This epic interstellar radio drama is a heartfelt collaboration between a Japanese production team and top-tier voice actors from Taiwan and Singapore. Together, they have poured their passion into crafting a moving story that spans the stars.

The cast features legendary voice talents—women whose voices are etched into the childhood memories of audiences from the 1970s, ’80s, and ’90s. Many of them were part of the original voice casts of iconic Japanese animations, including the voice actors of the main characters in Doraemon(ドラえもん) and Chibi Maruko-chan(ちびまる子ちゃん). Drawn by the power of the story, they reunited to bring to life a tale of solitude and hope across the cosmos.

The creator personally directed the project, also composing the music and designing the sound. The result is an emotionally resonant sonic epic. The script was finalized in 2019, with recording and music production completed in 2020. However, due to funding limitations, the series was shared only with a few select radio stations and never officially released.

Despite this, the work remains a highly polished and artistically valuable piece—awaiting the right moment to reemerge and touch the hearts of a wider audience.
